All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice and at our discretion. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products through Website.

Empire Broadcast Solutions L.L.C ( EBS) will not deal or provide any services or products to any of sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.

Empire Broadcast Solutions L.L.C ( EBS) is a registered company under United Arab of Emirates Rules and Regulations.

In order to make any online purchase, you will need to register with the Website by giving certain personal identification information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the user name and password to access the Website is kept confidential. If you have any reason to believe that your user name and password is being, or is likely to be used by third parties, you should inform us.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in the AED and USD.

Customer must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account.

We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time and once updated, they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.


When you place an order to purchase items using our website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. We will confirm receipt of your order by contacting you on your phone or mobile number OR Sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation email"). The contract between us is formed at the point we send the Order Confirmation email in respect of those items mentioned in the email. 


We process all our orders in same working day or the next working day.

All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. Any orders placed through the website will be considered as legitimate orders. If the payment method is “Credit Card” the order will be processed once the bank confirms the payment.

We accept cash on delivery Just within UAE country.

Although we endeavor to keep our website information and pricing up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If such an error is discovered after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.


If you would like to cancel an order the same can be done within 5 hours of the purchase made. Calling the office and confirming the same with the support team can do the cancellation. If the order is under processing then it can still be canceled but it will be up to the management’s discretion, and a charge of 15%-20% of the product value will be levied for processing fees. If any orders are cancelled and have been paid for using a credit card, then the refund process may take up to 25 days (subject to the bank’s policy).

If the order has already been dispatched then it will not be possible to cancel it. In some cases special exceptions may be made, allowing the order to be canceled but this will again be up to the management’s discretion and a charge of 30% of the product value will be levied for processing fees.

Any products that are authorized for return must be in perfect condition with sealed packaging and all accessories intact. Final approval to collect items will only be given once an inspection of the items has taken place.

Please be note Delivery charges are non refundable.


Empire Broadcast Solutions L.L.C ( EBS) has a 3 day return policy for most of the items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while there are certain items which are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. If they are faulty or not as described, we're unable to offer a refund but we can exchange the item.


All Branded products may covered by a warranty that is supported by Manufacture Company or Local Distributer. However we assist our customers in obtaining support for their product.

Non Brand and imported product have shop warranty with us.

Following are the standard warranty terms and conditions:

  1. The warranty of the product will be void if the product is physically damaged; warranty seal is tampered, dropped in water, met with an accident or used in any way that is not recommended by the product manufacturer.
  2. Any warranty requests has to be pre-approved by emailing the complaint to Info@empire-broadcast.com or by calling 009714 3862425. This number will be referred for all follow-ups and claims.


Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. If wrong shipping information has been given at the time of order then any additional delivery charges and processing fees will be borne by the customer. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted.

Any additional taxes or customs duties of any kind if not previously stated, are not included and must be paid by the customer.

The delivery and the billing addresses can be different, however at the time of delivery a valid form of photo identification needs to be presented. The following forms of ID will be accepted:

  1. Valid National Identity Card.
  2. Original Driving License.
  3. Original passport (both data and visa page).


All orders above AED 1000 include free delivery within UAE only. Any orders below AED 1000 are subject to an AED 35 charge. Delivery to public/communal places will not be allowed.
